SMH NEWS!!!

I have been shaking my head all day at some serious foolery that I have come across today. First, Gucci Mane decided he wanted to put an ice cream cone tattoo on his face...what the...?!!!

The tattoo is a replica of a his ice cream chain that he has except the chain does not have the lightening bolts. This is not hot...AT ALL! As if the chain was not bad enough. Suggestion: If you are going to get a 'non-gangsta' tattoo, get it somewhere no one will see it. Also, STOP GETTING TATTOOS ON YOUR FACE!

In other SMH NEWS, Tom Hanks' son, Chet Hanks, has come out to say that he is now a rapper. He goes by the name Chet Haze. Chet is currently in his sophomore year at Northwestern University in Illinois. Chet stated to the Washington Post:
"Hip-hop has been something that's been a big part of my life for a while." "It's something I love and is a passion of mine. It started off just as [me being] a huge fan, you know, listening to a lot of different types of hip-hop."
I got two words for you Chet, ME TOO! I love hip hop and always have but you do not see me trying to rap. He then states:
"I do specifically remember from a young age, when I first fell in love with hip-hop, it seemed like something I could never actually do myself. The hip-hop industry was so different, even just a few years ago. It's been changing so much."
It seems like anybody who can write down a rhyme or some corny lines, thinks they are supposed to rap these days. I gave Chet the benefit of the doubt and listened to his single, "White & Purple." Take a wild guess what song this is a remake of. That's right! Wiz Khalifa's "Black & Yellow." I would never say any of this without actually listening to it. Take a listen below:

More from Chet:
"I don't know if I could ever do this. I'm not from the 'hood. I'm not a gangster. I'm a white kid from the suburbs," Chet Haze explained. "Recently, over the past few years, with the emergence of other great MCs who share more similar backgrounds to me, I started to realize that I have this lyrical ability. I have talent. Who says that you have to be, you know, you have to fit all the characteristics of being from the hood, all that, to rap?"
No one has to be from the hood to be in hip hop. Who said that?

I have no problem with this kid being white...Eminem is white! I believe hip hop has no color but this mess right here...GARBAGE! This is my opinion and no one else's. Unless you agree...do you?

This is Mixtape Chic reporting today's Hip Hop ChicZ SMH News.
